Netspend double charges you on your account. If you use your card once for a bill they go back in your account and pretend that the company took the money out with your authorization, and when you contact the company they have no clue what you are talking about. Strange things come up on your bill when you receive your new cards, we didn't even have the internet and purchases online were coming up like we tried an offer and when I emailed the company they had no clue of what I was talking about. When you call them to try and get the problem resolved they have the worst attitudes there is and to top that off they hang up the phone when they say that they are putting you on hold. The represenative agreed with me and when I told him that my money should have not disapeared over night, and he told me that I had a special account I told him that I have a prepaid account that means if the money is not in there DON'T GIVE IT TO ME I also asked them for the corporate number the represenative told me that they are not allowed to give the number to the office. SO overnight they ran away will all my money and told me I did it wehn I had not made purhases off my card in over 24 hours. They are Rip Offs and I will not let them get away with my money or anyone elses. By the way rent is due on the 3rd and I had every intention of paying it on time but thanks to netspend I will be late because they wanted to pocket my money while my family and i suffer. And where did that Represenative get the information that Prepaid meant OverDraft protection, hey prepaid is the name, if I wanted Over Draft Protection I could go to my local bank

Funny how almost the exact same thing happened to myself. I should have been suspicious after activating my card, only to find an account balance of only 3.50 when it should have been over twenty dollars.... Wonder where our money is.....

allow me to correct you Mr.Zachary but that is absolutely not true when there is a double charge on your account most likely the company didnt get the approval for the first time and tried a 2nd time this is easily resolved if you can verify the authorization number that the company will collect and the double charge can be easily removed and put back on your card Best regards
