Netspend Redirected direct deposit Social Security Benefit to Netspend , Internet
Somehow Netspend rerouted my Social Security benefit to thier bank, we contacted Social Security when we didn't get the deposit and they informed the direct deposit was changed from our bank to Netspend. We have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Everett, WA Police Dept for theft and are waiting to see the results. We are out a bit of money and hope it gets resolved soon.

We are very sorry to hear that your direct deposit information was altered. This can only be done if you request the change with SSA, or if someone knows your identity information made the change. We did receive your email earlier and we are currently looking into how this occurred.
