I asked to upgrade my advert to the more expensive advertising package with more images and more text on the advert which means we would be spending more money, Jade the account manager was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and then all of a sudden I receive an email from the owner Jesse saying that they are tired of putting up with our abuse and are removing our advert from the site taking away our only source of income and they know that my partner is having chemotherapy so this leaves us in dire straits
