While on Facebook I continually seen ads appearing for a 100% pure tincture CBD oil. With wife currently in bad shape with internal lymph chain cancer with 6 months or less to live I thought I'd purchase some in hopes to ease her pain. I complete their free one ounce bottle offfer for $5.95 shipping, and also added in a second bottle for $39.99 with free shipping on second bottle. Weeks go by so I call the number that appeared on both my banking charges to find out where the two bottles are. Called twice actually because first call was so angering. But sadly second call was textbook to the first one except an Asian male vs. the Asian female in first call I get... we sent your bottle and if you'd like to cancel your subscription, we can do that now on the phone. I ask, subscription? Now... I'm a fine print reader through and through and there was NO wording of any type of subscription. Or subscription fees. Yet I find out the first charge to my bank was $79.99 for a mystery subscription, and the second charge of $45.94 was for the two one ounce bottles of the CBD oil. I inform both I have no product, but do have $125.93 in charges to my bank account. They both assured me my free bottle had been shipped and both provided me with entirely different tracking numbers.

The gentleman gave me a 5 digit tracking number and said it was shipped by USPS. The woman gave me a FORTY-FOUR digit tracking number, yes 44 numbers!!!! And also said it was a USPS delivery. I asked about the second bottle I paid the extra $39.99 for. The woman said she had no record of it at all, the gentleman said it already shipped and tried to give me another bogus 5 digit tracking number, I explain to both during each call I've received nothing at all and would like a refund or immediate shipment of my product and refund of "subscription" that I knew nothing about when ordering. I then get a textbook repeat of everything by each again and again. I ask for a supervisor, they both claimed to be the supervisor when I asked for one. I then asked for their names. Then gentleman said his name was James Dean, no the woman said her name was Jane Smith. It went round and round and they stayed on the line repeating themselves over and over, talking over me each time. I finally said if they wouldn't refund or ship, that I was left no choice but to call police and file mail fraud charges at post office. Both hung up on me instantly.

I know I've lost my $126 bucks, but hoping someone reads this and I save at least one person from losing money like I did. I'm 100% disabled on a very small fixed income and wife is now unemployed for months and soon to pass away. Not crying poor me, but We sure didn't need this or can we afford to lose that much money. It was honestly a grasp of hope to get her even a tiny bit of relief and seeing the ad on Facebook days in a row, we figured it was a checked and safe entity by Facebook, otherwise it wouldn't have been on there.
