New Albany, MS Court System DisHonest Lawers New Albany Mississippi
Well, about 2 years ago I was acused of Burgerly. I showed up for court every sesion that they told me to. But about 6 months ago I thought for some reason if I took a plee, It would be over with sooner? (Still don't know why I took it?)
Then I realized what I was doing, and told my appointed lawer "I not taking the plee". He says "OK CALL me in TWO (2) weeks". Well about 9 days later, a officer is standing over me when I awake. He said that we need to go to the station to get every thing straitend out. It seamed that my lawer forgot to tell me to be in court the following Monday! I sat in JAIL for 2 weeks, with the only option to get out is House Arest?! Its amazing how they made me pay for the lawer's mistake, so now I'm at home on House Arest.
Does any one know what I can do ABOUT the Sorry A** lawer?
