New Look Concrete Design The company did not stand behind thier work,after they installed drains that did not work Port Jefferson, New York
This company is owned by two brothers who did not give thier last name, They are John, and Tom. Tom is a current NYC Police officer moonlighting on the side as a mason. This company shows up to your house with undocumented aleins as thier workers, and they have no safety equipment e.g. saftery glasses, gloves ect.This company made new steps into my basement of my house and also cut in a basement entrance. While they were doing so they informed me that I Needed and they would install drains at the top of the new stairs using a existing gutter that ran down the side of the building,chanelled into a prefab drain that they purchased and installed about five and a half feet into the ground and another drain at the bottom of the basement stairs,
which is the exact same drain,so one at the top of the stairs and one at the bottom of the stairs. they charged me an additional two hundred dollars for this work. After three floods from heavy rain I called the company and spoke to John who said he did not know what the problem was but he would talk to his brother Tom and get back me.
On 10/02/04 I recieved a message from tom on my cell phone voice mail which stated that i would have to move the gutter on the house and New Look did not do that and that he would come over and dig a new drain next to the other one in the back yard and dig it deeper but that "IT WAS'NT COMING OUT OF HIS POCKET" I paid $4675.00..
