Placed order for about 7 items, some rather pricy, on their website. Website said they were all in stock, and offered expedited shipping for $5.00 extra for all items. Based on that, choose expediting since it would cost about 71 per item.

Company shipped 3 items, cancelled one, and backordered the rest. Charged full expediting fee even though did not ship as promised.

When I called, told me that the website stock status was not updated in a timely manner, but would not refund any of expediting charge. Also said they would not expedite the back ordered items. I suggested that basic freight charges far exceed actual costs of UPS, so they would not lose by refunding a percentage of expediting charges. Still refused. I then cancelled balance of order.

Will not purchase from them again - they backorder items website says are in stock, charge far more than actual freight, and do not refund money for decisions you make based on erroneous info they give to you!!
