my nightmare with next card started last year in june , they call me the payment was return that i did not have money in the bank to cover the payment.i call my bank and they told me that was not truth no payment send to them from next card,other wise i would had to pay for return check.. i call the and told them but they not want to hear me...i was so mad i told them if not take way the late fee and return check fee i am not going to pay the rest of the balance of $2.197.59 ..
the next month i get a call from next card that i was late and i had to make payment over the phone, i told them that i want not pay them over the phone do to the experience i had the month before..again i went to my bank and was the same story, never reeceve a notice for payment from next card.. Now i am very angry , i got credit from enother bank and i send them a check of $2.120 .00 .Now i thought i dont have to deal with the again, i was wrong the next statement comes with balance of 258.87.. and credit availble NONE .
i try to call the i could find anybody to talk .i wrote a letter and despute the charges i never heard from them..And then i start to get phone calls asking me for a payment .i took my time explain those people what is going on here, they not want to hear they just want a payment ..i have been getting calls every day the list 6-8 times a day .i dont want to talk to them anymore and late fees acure every month.. they gave a bad report to the credit bureau and one of my creditors send me a notice that the reduse my credit limit becouce the next card ..i dont know what to do .or not to do enything .. Please help
