I have been with Nextel for several years, I have been a good customer and have never made a late payment, Ive often refered friends to sign up for service. My reward for loyalty was constant changes to my plan and crappy service, dropped calls and lousy customer support.

The first change is when they started the night calling at 9:00pm, when I first signed the CONTRACT it was at 7:00pm for the life of the contract. NOT SO.

The amount of dropped calls and dead spots increased, At work we describe trying to use the two way service as being in NEXTEL HELL.

The company tried to play nice and issued bonous minutes to my plan as a compensation for the BAD SERVICE, they informed me as long as I stayed a customer the bonus minutes would stay in force.

I had some dificulties with a phone order and spoke to the rudest customer support person who hung up on me, after of course being on hold for 45 minutes.

I called back (from a home line) because moments later my service was interupted, The person I spoke to said my account was reset, I asked about the changes and was informe my account had all bonus minutes removed, as I explained they basically said tough Do you have it in writing, when I said no they said to bad, I asked should I record this conversation then as a record and they hung up.

This move was retaliation by a disgruntled employee,
