NFL Game Pass NFL network Not as advertised New York New York
i started my free trial of NFL Game Pass to watch my favorite American football team and it worked fine for the pre-season game. i thought, this was a good deal because I don’t want cable as they charge an astronomical amount of money to add a football package to your current package, (Side note, I remember when games were free to watch).
I started having problems signing in after the next day, I wanted to watch a regular pre-season game live. It wasn’t my team but I enjoy watchimg a good game. The more I tried to maneuver through the NFL game pass THE MORE CONFUSING IT BECAME.
I tried to contact the site manager only to find you cannot actually talk to anyone about your issue or to get help. After 35 minutes of trying to figure out where to go to find a game, I tried to watch and it relayed that I couldn’t watch the game due to inavailability. I was confused. I tried to contact support, but there isn’t any support. So, I tried to email NFL directly via email.
I explained my problem only to find not only did they not read my email and my issue, they thanked me for trying the free trial and informed me they had canceled my free trial. A canned response is what I received, I sent back another email stating I didn’t cancel my free subscription for 7 days but I needed help maneuvering thruugh their horrific web site. I received another email saying thanks for contacting them and asked if my issue was resolved. I responded with another email that stated my issue was NOT resolved and I want them to actually read my email mail and help me. They responded again With an email that stated “Thank you for your product feedback, which we have forwarded to the product team. Feel free to share more thoughts”
i have never been more insulted by an internet company in my life.
DO NOT DOWN LOAD ANY NFL PRODUCTS OR ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE NFL NETWORK.
IT IS A SCAM AND A HEARTLESS BUSNIESS THAT COULD CARE LESS WHAT YOU THINK.
