Complaint Review: NIX TRUCKING - Texas

I am a former employee of Nix aka GD Trucking.  They are the exact same company, same owners.  Any and all acussations made against this company are true.  They still owe me in excess of 2000.00 dollars, I even filed against them with the state I live in, the State granted me compensation and they still refuse to pay.  Anyone wanting to file a class action suit against them count me in.  As a side note, we should file it against Amazon as well, because they are aware of this behavior and still allow Nix to run their frieght regardless.

Billy and Nina, English has a certain infliction to it's dialect so it is fairly easy to understand when someone doesn't understand that infliction as they tend to add or remove words that are supposed to be there.

Just for anyone trying to decipher, I have 2 other close friends that worked for this company and were cheated out of their money as well.  In their contract it states that if you leave without a two week notice they will deduct 1000.00 from your pay.  Even if you sign that statement they still by law cannot keep your money, as Texas is an "At Will" State which means that AT WILL they can fire you or you can quit without any reprocutions of your actions.  They can only keep your money if you damage or keep their property.

 Yes I confirm this is a bad company. They still owe me 1500.00 I don't see how Amazon let's this kind of company pull their trailers. They will lie and cheat you out of money. Especially if you decide to quit working for them. They have to have their trucks in a guarded yard. They owe so many drivers money.

I have filed on Nix to day and you will see may similrities our posts.

Hello Driver, 

 From Driver to Driver (or whom ever you may be) I dont know as you being a driver for Barry NiX Trucking you are sitting on rip off report or on google researching their name, especially claiming you have been working there for years being happy. I have only driven for a few companies in my lifetime and the ones that treated me good I never done research on, since I was busy picking up and delivering their loads and staying happy getting paid on time. You are probably another pet driver like a guy by the name of Randall that works for both companies. His job is to give reviewes and sweet talk drivers about how great the job really is. He gets paid for that, do you?

Billy stop feeding people lies they will detirmine on their own if GD TRUCKING EXPRESS is a good company as soon as they research their names on the Internet. You dont have to fix what is already broken.

Just to prove how big of liars these guys are lets take what Manager Nina wrote as a Rebutal to my report. She said that she other than purchasing trucks from GD TRUCKING EXPRESS INC they have no other connection with that company. If you look on public records the Owner of GD TRUCKING EXPRESS INC is DEYAN PETKOV now lets look at the owner of Barry NIX Trucking and WOW! Same owner name. The Manager of Barry NIX just put herself in a bad position by posting a lie about a report stating that the company is full of liars. Did Barry Nix Trucking also buy the owner with the equipment as you stated? how can you post such lies on rip off report. Under this Billy writes he has been working for Barry NIX Trucking for years, however Billy is not real since he must have worked for GD TRUCKING EXPRESS since all equipment got swiched over along with most drivers that stayed. I have plenty of names of Drivers that worked for GD TRUCKING EXPRESS and that got switched over to BARRY NIX TRUCKING and they are either working to support their familys or most of them are already gone due to the way the company treated them and how they lie about everything. Thanks for the help NINA you proved to everyone publicly that you working for that company a year are already a professional liar. 

Next time you respond I will post pictures of proof of GD and Barry NIX being the same owner and same trucks along with same drivers. 

My name is Nina and I currently work for Nix Trucking and have been an employee with Nix for about a year. I am the Office Manager and I would like to state for the record that the only affiliation that we Nix Trucking has ever had with GD Trucking Express was that we purchased some equipment from them when they were going out of business. Other than that, we are a completely different company. To the other issues discussed in the above comment,  I have too many drivers that have no problems getting their money every week because for some reason they seem to do all that is required of them. We pay very well and we expect professionalism, punctuality and the ability to properly communicate. If you have these qualities then you will love to work for our company. If you do not have these qualities then you will not be happy and neither will we.

 I have been an employee for Nix Trucking and I have been driving for them for a couple of years now. My name is Billy, just so everyone knows. This company is great to work for and they have never done anything bad to me and a couple of my other friends that work there. Now if you expect to be paid on time u better do ur job on time. And don't steal fuel and cause company problems. I know of how some guys work.
