June, 2013 @ Bloomindale's Newport Center

I WAS STABBED BY A DIRTY NEEDLE

from the anti-theft device on a pair of pants in the dressing room

The DIRTY NEEDLE was exposed and was missing the protective cover that normally covers the sharp needle portion.

JUST AS I FEARED ::: After my bleeding finger was cleaned with an antibacterial wipe the store provided, I proceeded to discuss the incident with several Bloomingdale's employees.  The man I first spoke to PLACED THE BLOODY NEEDLE BACK WITH ALL THE OTHER CENSORS!

Bloomies Employee OMAR SALTO proceeded to agree this incident occurs on a weekly basis at that particular location in Newport Beach.  He stated that the week prior a girl working at that Bloomingdale's store was STABBED BY A DIRTY NEEDLE in the same fashion.

Luckily, I have several attorneys already on retainer who are each instructing me to record all psychiatric disturbances and expenses I am presently incurring.  My finger HAS BEEN BURNING INTENSELY ever since this needle contaminated my blood!  I now will be seeking emergency medical services to help prevent AIDS/ HIV / Etc ...

Who the h**l wants to be stuck with a D I R T Y & B L O O D Y needle???

1) There is eyewitnesses testimony & Video footage of the incident as it occurred

2) I am now undergoing weekly psychiatric sessions for counseling @ $375/day, as I have had a Phobia of Needles since I was a child, and this incident presents major risks to my physical and emotional stability

3) Employees & Patrons SHOULD NOT EVER be exposed to a dangerous device which can instantly and easily contaminate the bloodstream, by accident or by negligence.

ANY EMPLOYEES OF BLOOMINGDALES / MACY's WHO HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH THESE DANGEROUS CLOTHING SENSORS SHOULD CONTACT OUR CLASS ACTION PARTY IMMEDIATELY BY EMAILING US YOUR INCIDENT INFORMATION AND CLAIMS TO DAMAGES TO :

[email protected]

;-)

What if it was your CHILD?

In this world of ours there is no absolute SAFE enviroment. That is true no matter where you go on this great planet of ours. However, you are the scammer. This wasnt a hypo needle, which would make your case understandable. This was a small tack AT BEST. Boo h*o you pricked your finger. Get over it.

1. Youre paying a therapist for your PREEXISTING CONDITION. No money there.

2. You have no blood work proving your were ACTUALLY infected with anything other then greed or stupidity. No money there.

3. This isnt a "Life Altering" injury. You didnt loose the hand because of it. You didnt loose the use of the hand. No money there.

Yes it is unfortunate that you got your finger pricked. It could have happend to anyone, but it happend to you. And your course of action is to attempt to get money out of them on a injury that heals in 5 days. You are lower then scum. Dog poo has to wipe you off of it. I certainly hope that you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars just to have EVERYONE in the Courthouse LAUGH AT YOU. Frivolous? Try absolute stupidity. No Judge in the world is going to award you anything. In fact I hope you do take it to court, that way you have to pay the legal costs of that stores very high priced lawyers.

Your complaint is beyond absurd. You just so happen to have Attorneys on speed dial hey?

Get a job, you will never get rich off of phony law suits. Anyone can see through your scams.
