North Shore Agency Books that were never ordered Melville New York
I like others have been sent a notice from NSA for collection of a bill I do not owe. About 5 months ago, I found a charge on my credit card that I did not make for Scholastic books. I promptly called and eventually did find a live person, who checked my information and then confirmed an email address that was not mine. They did issue me a credit but said I would probably receive some books and just mark them return to sender. I did receive the books about 2 weeks later, took them back to the post office, marked return to sender/refused delivery.
Now I recieve this notice from NSA for $21.94 that is now due and they are trying to resolve just like all the other notices that everyone has posted. Of course they said the usual, I had failed to reply to previous notices, which of course I have received none. It is surprising to me that a company like Scholastic would be linked to NSA which obviously is trying to rip people off. I do think they just hope people will pay and be done with it, but if anyone does that, make sure you do not send a check or cc number.....I am sure they will bill it over and over again. But don't pay these rip off artist....they are just praying on the weak to pay.
