North South Leasing (Underwriter) Don't do business with Nsleasing RIPOFFS!!! Fraser Michigan
I applied to Nsleasing in February 2015 for an opportunity to lease a truck through them. I talked to and he emailed the information to me I feel turned out send them back to him right away along with the deposit for 387 Peterbilt. Tom did his job I have no problems with I have a problem with the underwriter which he and his wife took so long to respond to any of my phone calls or messages. Finally called me one day ask me which other trucks I was interested in.I told her which ones.Days later they contacted me. They found 3 trucks. Only one out of the 3 trucks I mention to the lady I can remember her name was bookmention to the lady I can remember her name was found.
I was upset about it because felt as if they were trying to methey had at that moment. by the time the underwriter got to me the deposit on the truck I put down already they were already sold. I contacted the under rider by text message to see about 12 trucks I requested and by the time he responded to me that truck was gone. At so I started to look for trucks where I am located mason to tomso I started to look for trucks where I am located and sent the information to Tom as requested by the underwriter. So he knewI was shopping for a truck stillshopping for a truck still. Tom got the information of the trucks that I was interested in.
So I waited for days to see if the underwriter approved any of them. Texted him day after day no response. One he finally answer back and basically said "he got the trucks I asked about and now I changed my mind to many times and he know longer was going to finance a truck for me." now there was obviously there a miscommunication between what I told the underwriters wife and me. I tried to explain that to him and basically ignored my text messages from that point. So now I didn't get the 387 Pete I signed documents for along with the $750 deposit I put down which he is saying I won't get back (underwriter). Remind you I started this process in February of 2015. Now it's April and still no truck. And the sad thing is...I work with others drivers that who are looking to get a truck.
Told them about Nsleasing... You can kiss that good bye. I was sending 5 coworkers to go and apply asap. Now that this happened to me. They are no longer interested in Nsleasing. If you tell me you're not going to finance a truck for me at least you can do is give me back my $750 for a truck that I was never going to get in the first place. If you go to the website now their inventory says they have 387 Peterbilt available still. But I was told they were all sold. I have the documents that I signed still because I made copies and all the text messages still between me and the underwriter. But let me make this clear I have no issues with Tom he did his part. The underwriter is the problem for me. Just give me $750 deposit back!!!!
