northwest condo services Duane Hoff My HOA dues are to pay for upkeep. Ive made several complaints about landscaping. which became a safety issue. causing my window to be smashed out. and they refuse to pay for it. shoreline. and phoenix Nationwide
For several months I've complained about the up keep. The shrubs outside my window have grown into trees. Can't even see out my window. No lighting. Makeing it a perfect hideing spot for criminal activity. As a single mom I've complained due to safety. With no resonse. Finally my window was busted out. Police report filed. Police took pictures of how horribly unsafe the situation is. Called Duane Hoff. He refuses to have window paid for. Yet finally acknowledged the problem. And had shrubs trimmed down. Still my window is smashed. And he says if I want to file a complaint I can file it with him? But that he denies the HOA paying for it?????
