I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with no problems last year. Because of the experience, and the guaranteed $200 for referring a friend, I decided to refer my Air Force coworkers stationed with me in Eastern Washington to this dealership. My coworker ended up buying a truck shortly after my referral last year, but did not mention my name during the negotiation. Low and behold NWMS has a loop hole that requires the customer during negotiations to sign a document stating they were referred by someone. Of course this dealership fails to mention this at the negotiations and after at least 4 phone calls and 3 months of saying they will send a check. Hate to stereotype car dealerships, but it seems all the other reviews might be on par. Watch out for their salesman named Frankie and their hollow promise of the referral bonus. I will for sure be placing this dealership on our "Black List." UPDATE... I traded the truck in at Carz Planet in Portland Oregon carzplanetpdx.com Best Experience EVER!
