On December 15, 2003, I ordered two DVDs from NowPlaying247.com, paying by credit card. I was hoping to receive the order in time for Christmas, so I tracked my order on several days during the following week. I used the link provided in a "your order has been received" e-mail, which arrived promptly (minutes after I placed my order).
Every time I use this link to track my order, I arrive at the statement, "Your order has been processed and is waiting approval," inclduing today, February 13, 2004.
I have sent e-mail inquiries to two of the e-mail addresses provided by NowPlaying.Com,
[email protected] given for order status, and
[email protected] for "any question or need to contact us."
I have never received a single response.
