NPS Inc. is really LES ENTREPRISES B.P.E.C. (BPEC) INC... they brought us their containers, promissed to pay 4 times more for the oil than anyone else... We agreed, cancelled with our old company, put their container and never got any payments. When we called them, they said that they never collected oil from us. We looked at the cameras and saw that he was sending his drivers at night to collect oil when restaurant is closed. Then when we called to advise him that we have his truck on camera pumping our oil, he told us that he will no longer pay us for the oil.
When we wanted to switch companies again, he send 2 intimidating people to our restaurant saying that we cant switch, and if we switch, they will remove the container and still come to get the oil. We switched companies, they took away the new container that we got. The new company charged us for that container that they took away. We called NPS Inc. at 1-855-777-3429 and asked to have the container back and for them not to come again. They said that we will not get the container back, that we owe them 15,000$ for cancelling the contract and that the will be sending someone to collect the money - and they (believe it was the owner Bobby Skotadakis) said that they will not be sending a bailiff to collect, but someone more serious.
This was last week, no one came as of yet. WARNING TO ALL RESTAURATEURS IN MONTREAL AND TORONTO, IF YOU SEE NPS INC. BPEC OR BOBBY SKOTADAKIS - CALL THE POLICE - THIS IS A FAMILY OF FRAUDSTERS AND THIEVES - DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR STORIES OR OFFERS. Learn from our experience and dont make the same mistake. Talk to them at your own risk, consider yourself warned.
