In December, 2014, I signed up for information to learn about binary options trading on the internet. I received a call from NRGBinary encouraging me to make a deposit in order to start trading. I have been receiving email about using an application to make trading decisions for me automatically, instead of me learning to trade on my own.

Eventually, I decided to try the system and made a deposit of US$350 in the last week of December, 2014. Same day, Greg Valentine, senior broker called me introducing himself as my personal broker and he would work with me to make investments. I asked about the software to trade automatically, but he insisted that it was best for him to work with me for better results. I searched the site and there is no download option for any investing software to automatically trade as stated in emails.

After making my $350 deposit, they added a $150 bonus to my account as promised that I could use to trade.

Withing 10 minutes of Greg's first telephone conversation with me, he tried to get get me to invest $5,000 in order to top league of investors and make more money. I declined and requested that he demonstrate how it works and let me see the turnover. We did two or three trades and I ended the day losing a small amount.

Greg called me the next day, for more trading, this time increasing investments to $200 at a time. We did 3 trades, winning 2 and losing one. My balance was now about $625. He again requested me to invest $5000 because he had demonstrated (or so he sais) that the system works. I refused.

I validated my account in accordance with their stipulations, and received email confirmation from them to that effect.

I have not traded since and have made several requests for withdrawal of $350 (my original investment), not the balance which was $625 at the time. I have been noticing that every time I log on, my balance reduces by small increments. At the time of writing this report, my balance was $308. I have had one response regarding the withdrawal over 2 weeks period. I checked the status of my withdrawal on several occasions  and noticed that they cancelled my withdrawal request. I put in another request immediately afterwards and have not heard from them since.

My personal broker (Greg) sent me two emails during the period while trading and have not heard from him since.
