NRGbinary NRG Capital ,Cyprus, Limited Karpensiou Street, 2021 Nicosia, CY Before using this company be very careful. I would advise to stay away from them. I opened an account and invested money that they were happy to take. The platform for trades is ok. The real problem is when you try to contact them by phone they never answer, also I have sent many emails to their support and they never replied back. I am finished with them and took my losses. The company will gladly take your money and make trades.
The problem comes in when you want help and need to withdrawl your money. Good Luck if you could get to speak to a live person in customer support.
They have live chat, I waited 15 min. for a rep to come on and then he said to email support, this has happened so many times.
I mailed support about 3 or 4 times given them a week to reply, they never answer your emails.
The company has very very bad customer support compared to other companies I dealt with.
I also heard from others it is even worse if you have a sum of money youight the uphill battle when you want to take out your money. You may as well forget it. If they were in the United States I would report them to the Attorney General Office but being offshore I think in cyprus there is not much you can do but accept it and fwill be a long hard battle
The biggest complaint I have about this company is I never seen such bad customer service as you get with NRGbinary.
And I never received the run around from a company as bad as this.
I only wish I was able to get through to them on the phone to speak with their management if they have one to give them my verbal opinion.
I am writing this report in hopes I can help others to be very careful before opening an account with this company. I do not trust them at all.
Hope this helps someone else from falling in the trap.
