Today I received my credit card statement and noticed that there was a charge on my account that I was not familiar with. I looked to see what the company name was and it was NSS Magazine. I had never heard of this company before so I called the 800 number that they supplied on my statement.

The number was to an automated system that went in circles and gave me no information. There was absolutely no way to speak with a live operator.

I then called my credit card bank and asked them if they had another number for this company and they did not. I looked it up on the internet and the only information that I could find was that this company had already been reported for ripping people off.

I could not find an address for the company and the only thing that my statement showed was that it was in CT. After looking on the Bad Business Bureau I found an address for NY, however the Better Business Bureau had no office serving the zip code that NSS has supplied.
