NuRetnol Online Anti-Aging Cream Company is a rip off out of Denver Colorado
Beware of this company its a scam and a rip off. I purchased online and followed up with them out of Florida. A few days later a man calling from a semi local number (a few towns away) states they are ready to ship and confirmed shipping address etc. He had all my information except my credit card number. He tells me he needs it since it is encrypted at his end (shipping center) and needed to confirm. I did not give it to him and asked that he not ship my order. Needless to say he say ok and lo and behold I still received the product. I used the produce which made me break out with a rash so I decided to cancel and send back. The number on the invoice is clearly in another country since I could not understand them.
That guy put me through to someone else who are also not authorized to "cancel" and gives me another 800 number which is a bogus insurance company number. I then called the original Florida number who was so rude telling me I am not allowed to cancel at least for 14 days. By this time they will have charged my card. I tell him I know I no longer want the product why would I wait? I would send it back and he tells me "you think we are just giving you product for free? I tell him yes, thats what I ordered, a free trial. Good thing since I found I had a reaction to it. He did not allow me to cancel the order for another 14 days. Of which no doubt they will have charged my card. Needless to say I contacted my bank and they advised me to order a new card. (Ugh!!!!) I did it. This company is very professional and accomodating when you place your order but a nightmare thereafter. Do Not Use This Company!!!

The exact same thing happened to me when I called to order my trial sample. I also fell for the gentleman who called and said that he needed my credit card number to complete my order. Of course not at all expecting that I was ordering a another completely different product. I called the nuretnol customer service only to speak to a gentleman with a very thick Indian accent. Only to be told that there was not a supervised to talk to me. I explained that there is another company posing as you and ripping off all your potential new clients. Again there is no one to talk to but if they figure it out they will call me back. This is so sad being that this nuretnol is attached to the Joanna Gaines name. A family who posses in tv as the American family.
