Dan, when I read your posting I almost laughed out loud...I'm sure you made your first million..HEHE HAHA.. Oh, by the way I made my first million just last week also.. What a coincidence!! Maybe we could do lunch.. I went on the rounds of interviews and I have to say that this position is for a salesperson who just wants to make a couple bucks - literally a couple bucks..and the opportunity is there but impossible..Once you make it to management you still make literally a couple bucks..Yea Yea Michael Jordan got cut from his high school team.. Nice impact...You really got the hots for Larry..I know some people do go the other way.. I remember walking door to door selling items and looking at a homeless guy saying to myself..This guy could do this and I have a college degree! You know your in trouble when you think of that..This business is for people who don't think highly of themselves and should stay away..

I cannot believe all these bad reports to such a wonderful company.This company has been around for over 20 years and has impacted many lives like myself and advertised for many fortune 500 co like the Yankess and SBC etc... Do you think if they were scam artist,they would be chosen to do the feet work. In contrary, they were chosen because of their accomplishments. All of you that are negged out are results of your incapability to train,retrain,setting the pace consistently and staying focus everyday. None of you can honestly say or prove that you build 5 leaders and met the production criteria and never got promoted. And if your perspective owner did not promoted u, then you need to make a phone call to the man Larry Tenebaum,because he will not tolerated that. Before you called it scam,cults whatever, prove to me that the systems is wrong. That's what i did, I was very skeptical about the opprtunity at first, they told me the requirements and the criteria and standards i had to fulfill then i will get this financial freedom i puzzled. At that particular office i was the only black guy noone believe in me because i was commuting for 2 1/2 hrs to get to work at7:30 AM. talk about skepticism. My parents didn't like it,no sales experience whatsoever,the only black guy in mostly white company, back then there was no offices in inner cities, besides the founder Murray whom was retired at he time,there was only 1 black owner in the carribeean by the name of George Castle. I was literally sucks at the sales but because my leader pays me everyday retrain out of his pockets, that bought time for me to practice and learn the system. 3 months later i got better and got promoted to leadership. Then i sat my mgr down and said to him if I build 5leaders and productions goals ,I'm a mgr and i have your word. He reply absolutely. Everyone in the outside doubted the company because it was different. So i said let me prove it to myself first,let me do the requirements and if that doesn't happen all hails break loose.6 months later I was halfway. I worked hard, it was lots of sacrifices to hit the standards to cold winters to hot summers,tru thunderstorms,i have stories to write a book. the bottom line these experiences made me what I am today. i develop a hidden talent and skills,character that I will never be hungry for the rest of my life nor homeless. The business is just like school. Some people don't give themselves a chance to become a student of the business. if you don't do your homework, you cut classes etc. guess what!!! you failed and you have to spend more years. Similar to the business, you don't follow the system, you will fail or spend more time in the field before you graduate. Before you call the company a scam ask yourself what level of education do you have within the system meaning the 5 and 8 steps and 4 factors of impulse. I made it so can others if and only if they have done what i've done. I ran several offices. I was lucky enough to have the man itself Larry comes to my office and work with me for two months and taught me how to run business,taught me life how to be a man. i was so grateful in 1996,i ran the number one office in the country for 6 months. I even have my picture in the front page of their bulletin. My parents had a better understanding of the business once they experienced it. they used to say they brainwashed you. I used to respond: Well mom, if they going to brainwashed me to make 6digits income every year and never had to work a job, I wish they hurry up and get the job done. But like many business, noone is perfect,and no businees is perfect, i made some mistakes,i didn't know how to handle outsides promotions properly, so I fail, lost a lot of money and so forth,Michael Jordan failat some things, but it wasn't because of DSMAX, it was me. But one thing I have never lost was the system and the skill that they taught me and I started my own marketing firm in the summer of 2000,never look back. I made my first million last year. It took me 10 years in sales but i did it. Look in the mirror and point the finger. even if you don't make it in DSMAX, if you were a good student, you'll make it far because their education is phenomenal. Thanks a great deal Larry.
