nvostore [email protected] ordered an electric scooter price was free shipping was $29.99. Never received product, could not contact to get my money back. Was conected to wish.com web site .at the beginning Internet

an add on wish.com web site said pay shipping for scooter and get scooter of your choice. I clicked on the picture of the scooter and was taken to nvostore.com and filled out a form for $29.99 and my address.
After that I was unable to return to the website but they did charge the amount to my credit card. Have never received scooter. Have not been able to contact them to get my shipping charges back.
