After the third game that I downloaded would not play on my computer and no response after a request for technical support i decided that $10.00 a month just wasn't worth it.  so i tried to cancel my account. 

it took a lot of time combing their website to find the "cancellation button" and when i finally did find the cancellation button it did not work. i just kept getting an error message when i clicked it. 

so i attempted to contact customer support using their "online support form" which by the way is the ONLY MEANS OF CONTACT MADE AVAILABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.  This was of little use because nearly two months after submitting that form they have still not replied. I have submitted a total of 4 support forms, and each time I have only received an "out of office" reply which states that I will be contaced within 24-48 hours but once again I have NOT been contacted yet by Oberon media regarding any of these issues as of yet. 

Oberon media has also not responded to my report I filed with the Better Business Bureau either.  They have charged my paypal debit card twice since this incident and I was forced to get a new card because Paypal couldn't stop them from charging my card. 

I would also like to make note that since downloading my last game from this company my acer laptop is unable to connect to the internet and I had to send it back to the manufacturer to see IF they can even fix it.  So now not only did I have to get a new debit card to keep Oberon Media from stealing my money, I may also be out nearly $400 dollars for my laptop!
