Well we thought we had a contract on 6282 NE 61st ave rd but the inspection report did not measure up to the homeowner's and real state agents claim that everything was up to date and in good working order. If you're paying over 300k for a house you shouldn't have to worry about the well being bad, the pool leaking and being patched, the water conditioning unit leaking causing the garage door tracks and bottom panel to completely rust out and 6 windows to be replaced due to bad or rotting seals. It also is in a moderate to high risk for radon and a moderate to high risk for sink holes and would fires! These are just the major issues and the moderate to minor issues would fill another page. So next buyer beware of that property and if you need to see the inspection report we would gladly share with you.
