Ocwen Bank and Company, Where are your Comments *UPDATE ..Customer Relation! a joke!
We know how you rip off people and your phoney Accounting. It's just a matter of time now. the number of complaints and the same problems would think a Quick Management resolution whould be implicated. Do you believe what your doing is Lawfull? Maybe were all just making up a story! I don't think so.
After reading a report I came accross from the OIG it is par for the course. I am surprized that the OIG who maintains or oversees the former HUD accounts allows you to pursue a course other than what was perscribed under the law.
The OIG has totally disregarded my letter and said that I had "Unfounded" evidence which I never even supplied them anything. The follow up was the OIG contacted Ocwen Bank and just like that it was Unfounded.The Directors name was signed by someone other than himself. Kind of like don't bother me.
I have since replied and inquired of Him how he concluded his investigation. Guess what? No reply. I suggest that he take this matter a little more serious and note someone other than himself signed his name. This of course is after they found that Ocwen Banks Accounting and Management was lacking and numbers were not accurate. Robert Lewis

You don't strive to provide any customer with any care what so ever. You are a debt collector and that speaks for it's self.
WHO IS AMY? She tells you to call back and when you do its a bogus number to nowhere in your phone maze.My consern is to see that any employee who has acted in a illegal manor whatsoever be prosecuted.
