I too am being threatened by this bank. Thought I was doing something great 2 years ago and refinanced with People bank. Little did I know that they would be selling my mortage to this bank. found this out 1 week after the closing. Things went well until I tried to refinance with someone else. This did not work out and am still with ocwen. things went down hill. I had to sign one of those wonderful forebearnace agreements with them. Then lost my job and let them know that I was no longer employed. But was making my payments.

In Sept. 04, made my regular payment and recieved letter that payment was not enough when came time to make oct. payment. Sent check for usualy amount and check sent back. called and was told all the necessary information was sent to me in the summer. never received a single paper. Finally after 6 calls and many different versions found out the reason that my payment is $1300.00 per month. Which is too high and still do not believe them about the reason why. Received call that I needed to make up all the payments that were sent back to me for the correct monthly amout and to get my escrow account so it is not in negative(reson for increased payment)so sent $5000.00 in Dec.04, so a floreclosure would not happen.

Well the bank continued with this action and treid to get this done on 1/8/05. had to hire an attorney to get this settled, as the bank never notified their attorney that the money was sent. Very convenient for them. The person was on vacation. The bank has refused to notify the credit companies that this was not to happen and take it off my credit report, which it is still there and have refused to even send letter to explain this. now trying to refinance to get away from this bank and they are charging me for all their legal fees, and extras to my mortgage. And to top it off they have reported my payments as late, even though they are sent 1 week before they are do.

This bank sits on the checks until after the due date so they can mark them as late. Am still trying to refinance, but will have to pay a higher interest rate. The refinance company was informed from someone at this bank that they will foreclose on my house within 3 months. this even though I am sending in my mortgage.

I heard about the federal court indignment? that is against this bank and would like to know more about it and who to contact to get involved.

WE NEED TO STOP THIS BANK AND THEM BEFORE THEY DISTROY.

Mr. Issac, I do not know who you think you are trying to fool, but it is not this person. At no time did I get a call from Ocwen nor any of their mindless when my mortgage was sold to them. Instead I received a notice to send my mortage to them and not the first mortgage company. So this crap about sending out these so called letters is bull. And for the second comment, you have never called my house so that statement piled on top of the previous statement is proof that you would lie for this I can even put what I need to say here. You are the one who is lying and do not try to defend yourself here. And why would you put such remarks here? This is another attempt by Ocwen and it's employees to continue. It make me angry to the point, where I will continue to fight until JUSTICE is done for all of US: WE ARE THE VICTIMS!!!!!!!!! Why don't you get educated about YOUR COMPANY, before you begin to spew anything. Why would there be so many law suits against such a company? You seem to have so much time on your hands to read this site every day. GIVE ME A BREAK. Crawl back under your rock and continue to stay there, comments from someone like you we do not need. You are just one of Ocwens flunkies.

Isaac, You made the following statement: "But the cases which are reported against my company in this website are absolutely baseless". Are you truly such a moron that you would believe that anyone else would give any merit to such an absurd and ridiculous statement? Especially one that's made by an obvious Ocwen uneducated underling. By-the-way... Mr. Genius how do explain the 27,200 plus law suits that have been filed against "your company"? I suggest you go crawl back under your rock with all the other Ocwen scumbags.

Dear Cindy Danielson, Connecticut..U.S.A. In response to ur comment, well its touchy for innocent consumers who doesnt know you. I still remember dailing your no. informing you that we have acquired your loan. Please consumers note these words she said to me. I wont verify my social nor am gonna call you back, I dont know you and I dont have a mortgage with you and dont ever give me #%$@ call again and delete my no. immediately. As a human being you know what it feels when someone have a horrible attitute when you wanted to help! and later blames you for what they have done. We sent a letter stating that her mortgage is gonna be sold which obviously she denied. Think abt it a house is not Forclosed until its delinquent for more than 90 days. Some people really dont think abt their mortgage. Let me express a recent call which i took. A customer called and said she sent her 1st Lein ent to ocwen instead of mailing it to Chase Home Finance, I told her we recieved the payment and we applied it to the 2nd Lein, as we are obliged to do so since we dont have knowledge abt her 1st lean. Then she told me she was charged by her bank for overpayment, I told her we will mail the amount back, She wanted us refund for the amt charged bu her bank as well, told her that's not possible, she wanted to speak to my supervisor and i transferred the call. (God knows what she told my sup). Please think abt it. There are such customers and pleaded innocence in the eye of the people!. Yes, as an employee we do make mistakes, but such are corrected with regret. But the cases which are reported against my company in this website are absolutely baseless. The date i read these comments i was sad, so i took the names of the customers and went through their records but all are baseless and false, I believe these are the people who, even in real life are the people who keeps on blaming others for the things which they created by their own. Thank you,

Hello I know and understand how you feel as in 1997 I purchased a house that I thought was a bit rundown and yep I was right not only rundown but rotting walls sinking yard and scammed big time I thought I had purchased house for 98,000 minus my 35000 down lawyer and seller were there and amongst mounds of papers at closing there were so many differnt papers with differnt amounts I leaned over to my lawyer who I really didnt know and said what price is mr miler selling hosue for he said 104,000 .. I said thats not what we agreed on... and then I saw another privce of 134000 from now known as fraudlent apprisal anyways bank involved at that time was walsh secuirties which in months time sold to midland bank niether I ever heard of and then ehre comes the media and all the connecticut states people they told me I had been scammed and my house was only worth 58000 a bit late I sgned on dotted line title insurance and all that and well I decided to pay the 900 a month which was not 900 anymore but 1100... well I hired an attorney and well he said mortage was sold to ocwen bank and now we needed to talk tiwth them well talk no way they wanted the note as it was I said well its all built on fraud meanwhile prosecutors in connectiuct were taking my depostion on the whole thang with apprisor paul miller and bank... I was jsut overwhelmed ocwen would not settle on what house was worth to rewrtie mortgage and my lawyer left me high and dry in this legal mess legal people for ocwen two firms now said we dont want house and want to fix this I said I lvoe to write new note but I gave you 35000 on house use that to rewrite loan they reused ... and wanted 10000 to rewrite it ... well I lost my house as I called in another attorney to file bancrupsty and try and rearranged things my health through all this is bad and I decided to leave my ex husband in charge of watching over house adn so I moved out and he alerted them that i moved so they came in change locks not notice not anything ... well anyways I do understand this asI moved from connecticut and regret it totally but the suffering of this is not only finicial but emotional has taken its toll on me and mine .. I am not sure I will live to see the outcome of this lawsuit but I hope my kids who suffered and heard me fight for my house do ... I leave you thinking this ... I was always taught to be honest and fight for what is right but ... when the guys that say they make your dreams come true bring the nightmares... what are we to belive in now??

check your coupons for payment

Just got my April coupon and began to really check it out. Well, this can't call them a bank, they have been charging additional monies every month to my mortgage in the form of legal fees/etc. I have since sent a letter to this certian person at Ocwen demanding to know what all the additional fees are and listed every one from these legal fees to an appraisal done on my property last year (of which I never knew about nor received a copy of appraisal which is the law.) This request was sent certified/return receipt. As for if I receive any information, I do not know, but I will have the necessary paper work to take to the courts on these charges, as I have a signed paper from the judge listing the specific charges incurred, (which I will fight to not have to pay) from when they tried to foreclose this past Jan.05 and I will use this information. This is just another ripoff of them inflating the cost of what it is we the consumer are to owe them. They have inflated my pay off amount to over $12,500.00 and do they really expect to get that much. Well they have found a person who is not going to stand for this and will fight them every step of the way.

it continues on What sneakey people they are

#16Author of original report

Tue, March 29, 2005

The fight with Ocwen continues. I began to receive calls that my March check was late. This is on the 2nd of the month. I told the person to call me after the 5th and if it still was not in, I would send another check. Well, on the 5th I got a call and the check still was not there. So I sent another check, but told them that I was stopping the first check from being cashed, at a cost to me. Well, I have continued to receive calls from them ever day. Finally I get to the resolution department, (this I was told was due to being behind in my forebarence payments, which come to find out, this specific person did not put the correct date of when my payments were to start, but I wrote it in on the papers prior to faxing it back to him and this does not make the agreement in their system correct and makes my signed agreement what ever they have in their system valid. What sneakey people they are. Then,I received a letter from them Mid March, stating that due to my loan being on a variable interest, the payment would be $1175.00 per month with no indication about any additional charges. This notice does not even indicate the forebarence payment at all. So I again get the wonderfull call left on my answering machine and call and get the loan resolution department and the same person again. We go round and round about the forebearance agreement and he comes right out and states that he is sendning my motgage payment back to me and that if I want the bank not to forclose on the house, then I need to come up with 2 months of mortgage payments as per the forebearance agreement states and this can not be done by check: only by money order or wire. Then maybe he will let another agreement go into effect. I asked him how does he think I can come up with 2 months, when I am using everything I make to pay the payment now. Answer, borrow the money. So, I just hung up because now matter what you tell this person, they are right and you are wrong. Well, my payment came back and I again mailed it back to them, this time certified/return receipt. I will wait and see what they will do next. They are refusing my payments, and I will continue to fight. Also for those of you out there, write letters to your attorney generals office in your states and the fair trade commission, send all the backup that you have and continue to fight. I will not let this what is to be a federal bank take what I have worked so hard to purchase away from me and my 5 year old granddaughter.
