Ocwen bought out my mortgage a few months ago. Due to a medical emergency, I fell behind in my payments by 2 months. Ocwen has already started legal proceedings against me.

One week ago, I was told I must either a) pay off the amount immediately or make a commitment to pay the owed amount by July 2003. (The Forbarence Agreement) Intial payment was to be made by November 29, 2002 with monthly payments beginning December 1, 2002 through July 2003.

The very day I received this "Forbarence Agreement" I noticed that Ocwen was not giving me an opportunity to correct in 7 months but instead, the plan requires to pay them over Tripple what my mortgage payment is in a 30 day period. The calculation is based on the 1st of every month. So, for me to comply with the Forbarence agreement. I must

1) Pay initial amount on November 29, 2002 (Incidently, it is now December 3, 2002 and the money is still sitting in my bank account. Ocwen required the funds to be there, but they still haven't made the electronic transaction.)

2) December 1 - Just 2 days after my initial payment the next payment is due. However, since I don't get paid until the 15th, this payment will be made on the 15th.

3) The third payment due on January 1, 2003 must be taken out of my December 31, 2002 paycheck. With that payment, not only am I on their payment track, but the entire amount I owe will be completely paid off. So the Forbarence Agreement which states I have until JULY 2003 is a lie, when, the Agreement as currently stated requires pay-off seven months earlier.

When I asked for an amended Forbarence plan, it was summarily denied, stating that the Forbarence plan cannot and will not be changed and I either pay the schedule or risk further Legal action....

Have Faith All Consumers Owcen Federal Bank Stole Our Property!

Hello: I am one of the victim who Ocwen Federal Bank FSB took my property illegal. First of all this bank was only the servicing company to service our loans. Most of these loans were owned by Stanely Morgan who is no more than Chase Bank. I learned that Ocwen Federal Bank reported this house of mine to all three credit bureaus as a repossession and what they did was allow another person to assume my loan illegal. I filed a complaimt with all three bureas as of this date. So, please don't give in no matter what another individual say have faith. You will see in the end we will have victory. See, all things they did was illegal. They think they are so big and can't be stop but all good things has a way of being stop. Please don't throw in the towel and you will see. When Ocwen tell you they are going to foreclose stay in the house don't move. Keep all your documents and keep a paper trail on every thing you get in writing from them. Tape all conversations when talking to them. Make sure the insurance state agency in California where the insurance is does have insurance on your property if force placed. See, Ocwen thought they hurt me but they now have a house with mold in it and they tenant caused this problem due to damaging the pipes. see, the lady won't pay her water bill and kept turning the water back on illegal and some how the pipes to the house got damage, the carpet got wet and so she will be filing a lawsuit against Ocwen for falling to repair this damage property. Yes, I do want them to pay me also for my loss of property, pain and suffering from all this stress I have endured with this foolishness caused by them. Thank you, Ms. L. J.

First I thought it was me. That gave way to the idea that this group of greedy bankers were simply incompetant. For over a year I thought that absolutely no one there at the bank knew what they were doing. "Keystone Kops become Bankers". Sadly this generous appraisal has now focused into a clear picture of these individuals. They are Racketeers. The have a barely legal business whose prime asset is their ability to strip American Homeowners of their assets. Backed by a who's who of American finance. These people practice a type of financial genocide. After assessment of how to best utilize the assests they plan their implementation with one single goal; How to most efficiently convert the homeowners assets into their own. I do not remember one report that asserts that the Ocwen customer became a customer willingly. Usually one day they opened the mail to find out that their loans were sold to Ocwen. That is when the nightmares begin. That is when their fate is sealed. With smug righteousness, many from this Gestapo believe that the Ocwen victims "didn't keep their agreements" with the bank. These naive thoughts insulate them from the cold reality that none of us are further than a phone call away from being in the very same plight as these victims. One can only imagine the Karmic bill these guys are creating for themselves. My thoughts and prayers go to Mr. Hanson and we beam the highest frequency of white light to him so that the truth and light of a thousand Suns can dry the pus filled scab he is picking called Ocwen Bank FSB. Peace.

looks you might qualify for what they call "adverse possession",

Dear Miserable, It looks you might qualify for what they call "adverse possession", meaning you can legally claim the house as YOURS since you have been keeping it for a lot of time. I am not a lawyer but it's worth to chek it out. You are also the victim of Despicable Ocwen's actions. That might help, I think. Do your searching and double check averything. I advise you, 1) Never talk TO Ocwen (I mean, seriously or expecting them to care about you and be honest with you). 2) Alwasys talk ABOUT Ocwen to others (Seriously, loudly, and consistently). When you need to talk to Ocwen, you need it because you want other people to hear what you tell them, because your witnesses might want to know and care. Talking to Ocwen sentences that they never hear is an exercise in futility and a very dangerous practice. While you are conversing with them over the phone, or writing to them (without copies to the FBI and everybody else), they prepare the knife for your neck. Do not forget this. Trusting Ocwen is suicidal. Tell OTHER SIGNICANTS about it. Remember, trusting Ocwen is suicidal.I read a lot of reports and it hurts me to see how many honest, decent, poor people make arragengements with these criminals believing their needs are taken into consideration, believing Ocwen is interested in helping them out. At the end, they find the truth and are already so victimized that defending themselves is very difficult. Their mistake: trusting Ocwen. I know is a free choice and understand the terror (I am too horrified for the fate of my family) But Ocwen knows who I am and I don't care. I don't care because I am so RIGHT that Ocwen can not hurt me anymore. If they decide to punish me for my open statements, I have the TRUTH and its PROOF to defend myself by making their criminal actions more visible. Keep in mind that they don't want their crimes to become visible to the rest of the world. THIS IS THEIR WEAK SPOT. We should all attack it without mercy because our first obligation is to our families. Coldly think about it. We have our beloved and small homes to risk. But Ocwen has 10000......, houses to "service" for the benefit of their pocket. Those creatures live out of our homes and families. I am sure they experience what I call Ocwen's "tremendous bank accounts terror". Believe me, they are not so big. Their greed makes them smaller than us. I know that at the end, people might call me "stupid" or "ignorant" or "naive" because I became an Ocwen's DIS-SERVICED, but I don't care. Some might say that I never pay my mortgage on time. (since that is not true, why shoul I care?) No one will send me to jail for being an "ignorant, stupid, and naive" buyer. I have always acted in GOOD FAITH, intending the best for my family and for the financial companies involved in my unfortunate RE transaction. So, I happily pay the price for my mistakes and air them if that is going to show Ocwen's CRIMES against WE, THE PEOPLE. Head up my dear. If you have endured those painful momenst, days, weeks, months or years that the rest of us have, I am sure you can make it 'till the end.

I totally agree with you in regard to joining the class action suit. It is the same as being a creditor when a person files BKY. I too am a paralegal. However, the more Mr. Hanson has as evidence, the more the can present to the court, hence, getting this certified as a class action lawsuit. Today I called HUD to find out that my FHA loan that Ocwen acquired, is no longer an FHA loan. Mind you, I am NOT on the note, I didn't assume anything, didn't sign anything, but Ocwen still reports to the credit bureau under my social. HUD said they can't, well guess what, they are! I have been told by many, many lawyers that I can walk away from my home of 14 yrs, and not be held liable. Well, that is a nice thought, however I have a nice 4 bdr, etc. on an acre. My former boyfriend/commonlaw husband walked away and he is legally liable for the arrearage, that of which no one will refinance or forgive. I can't even consider refinance since I don't own it, therefore how do you refinance something you don't own, but are paying for? I don't get it. Any suggestions? Anyone? I am open for suggestions! I did join the class action and I did send in my affidavit. May God help Mr. Hanson through all of this for all of us!!

Thanks for the reply. Well, Ocwen finally took the November 29th payment. Unfortunately, they also made an additional charge of $15.00 for electronic payment, a fee I was under the impression was included in the requested amount Not an additional amount. Be that as it may, because of this charge, my account was overdrawn by a few dollars. I am currently in the process of trying to refinance just to rid myself of this sorry excuse of a mortgage company. In any event, I have every intention of following up with this class action lawsuit. I am a paralegal and am currently involved in a very large class action law suit so I am familiar with this type of legal remidy. Incidently, once the class is certified, prevails in trial and withstands any appellate reviews, anyone who has a claim against OCWEN and meets the defined class period, can become a member of the class if they so choose whether they make that claim known now or after the trial level has been completed or alternatively, OCWEN settles with the Represtative Plaintiffs.

JOIN THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

I know this is no consolation given you present circumstances, however, you need to join the class action law suit, ASAP. I think and this is my opinion only, if you join now, it could help to protect you at a later date with Ocwen. I hate them too, and have had many of the same problems others have had that are posted here. However, I keep very good detailed records and when I send them something, I scan it, and send it with an email. That way I KNOW they receive it and who opens the email. Then if I have to, I resend it with his/her name on it. Another way to keep them from calling, go to the site, or call them (if you dare to have to speak to those idiots) and give them a bogus phone number for both home and work. That way, "AMY" can't call you...That's what I do, and the silence is great. Granted, I am current, but even when a payment is past their 3rd or 4th day of the month, AMY would start calling. So, I changed my number... Good luck, and JOIN THE LAWSUIT, keep us all posted...
