Fraudulant Credit Reports,Refusal to give correct pay-off demand.Incorrect payment history reported,Filed default notice instead of giving pay-off demand.refused to give accounting to support default notice;now in violation of respa section 6,(filed a foreclourse instead).Ocwen has had this loan since 7/2001.Since that time, our homeowners insurance was cancelled in December 200

as this is an escrow account. On he credit report, they show that they have had the loan since 1996, and they have refused to correct it,

I have filed complaints with the FBI office for possible mail fraud,I have filed complaint with OTS,and they are doing research with Ocwen Federal Bank;however,I Haven't had any results concerning this complaint, filed a complaint with the state.

In May 2002 recieved a default notice from ocwen stating i owe $5.000.00,shortly after that I recieved a one in the amt of $35.000,on June 24th I sent a certfied letter asking for accounting ,to show I owed the money there respond was a foreclourse notice posted to my door. all of this started my payment were current and as I began to refiance my home may 2002 every thing changed,my payoff demand went from $160.000 -190.000

I starting getting threateing phone calls as early as 5;15 am from chris hinz, telling me my house was in forclourse . and trying to get the extra $35.000 that he had in a default letter.

In response to Martha from Fayettville.....I live in Thomasville, NC about 2 hours from you toward th mountains....I had at least 4 or 5 other lenders that were going to refinance me on my home....Ocwen wouldn't give a payoff figure...I had to go to the attorney that did my closing and have his paralegal call Ocwen to get a payoff...which was incorrect....when the new lender couldn't get the figures after 30 days or so they finally gave up and couldn't figure what their problem was....Also,I contacted the Office of Thrift Supervision like yourself and after a year they did nothing....I have all the paperwork supporting what I'm saying.....I sure hope they have theirs......I consider myself the Captain of the Titanic and until my head goes under I will stay with the ship....Hang in there.....and do contact me [at this report] Happy New Year!! #3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sun, August 11, 2002

Hello: I am an owner of property located in Houston, Texas which Ocwen Federal Bank FBS has sent demand letters and foreclosure letters pretaining to foreclosed this property since July of 2002. I am not paying on this account due to them allowing a person to steal my property. I once was renting this property to a housing tenant and she refused to pay rent so then I started to evict her. What I did was obtain a equity loan and this individual who prey on minority people tried and did steal my property. Ocwen Employees allowed this action and they are trying to make this right. Now, I made them aware of what they did and I have not paid on this account since April of 2002. Ocwen has been allowing this man name Thomas Burns to pay this account which he could not assume since my loan was non assumable per my contract. Now, the house was suppose to be foreclosed in August6, 2002 and now another attorney has it and it suppose to be foreclosed in Sept 3, 2002 but they lady living in the house telling every one this is all phony Ocwen is working with this Thomas Burns and they are trying to refinance this house in my name again with a different mortgage company illegal. I have already notified the credits bureau of this identy theft and Ocwen scheme that thye are performing which is breach of my contract. Ocwen sent me a letter demanding and threatening to place insurance on this property. What they need to do is stop harasshing me, pay me for my pain and suffering, theft of my property and what ever else. This property is 13422 Boonway Dr. Houston, Texas 77045. This person living in it is frauding housing authority , selling drugs, all kinds of illegal activity. It you want to write me please do so at [email protected] L.J
