Send Overnight mail to all their addresses and include a copy of a separate letter explaining your communication problems with them as you explained them to us. Communication was cut on THEIR SIDE! Don't forget the same mail for the Judge and copies for your file. When mailing, OVER DO IT. You can also try to fax again to all their known fax numbers (including Insurance, Taxes, or any other Ocwen's departments; it doesn't matter) When faxing, OVER DO IT. Bombard them with your faxes and your mail and retain paper proof of all of it (proof of their Bad Faith and Unwilingness to cooperate) The goal with these actions is to show they avoided communication with you because they want your home. Hence, they are at fault, not you. Everybody will notice it, including the Judge, of course. If you have the nerve for it, get the "chain" you mentioned and forget where is the key. Ask 10 people to call the police and the rest of the noisy, big, lighted and strong colored vehicles for you, and call them you too. There is no guilt in self protection. Chain yourself as you suggested (I am absolutely serious about this and take reponsibility for my approval) to a Real Estate or "a very strong and attached to the ground object" as a tree or a giant concrete column within your house (The firemen will produce a lot of noise and a good show for TV when they come to cut your chain). Also, collect the numbers of all newspapers, radio, and TV stations in your city. Start calling them now (just in case you need them). It might be a good idea to write to all these media people too. So, you will not be finger pointed as the only "lunatic" out there. Cyd, Here are 2 fax numbers for Moss Codilis: 407-737-6232 or 407-737-6162 If these will not accept your faxes, notify the judge's office. He should be interested in seeing proof of their fraud. When shown proof, he may be able to stay the eviction until Ocwen explains their conduct. Send the letter you have written by overnight delivery to Ocwen.Return receipt requested. Also, call your Senator back. Request an appointment to show him your file. Your Senator has the power to request an investigation. Keep fighting! Don't let them win.

Marcia, I followed your advice and added a few more things. This is what has happened today: Not only did i call the FTC, the attorney generals office, the predatory lender hotline, I went down to Senator Kyl's office. The woman I spoke to (Sarah) was not only caring she was also very concerned and listened to every word I said. Throughout the day I was also trying to find an attorney that would go before the judge with me and put a freeze on my eviction. When I found out that I wasn't going to be helped I decided I would ask the judge myself the proper steps to take to delay my eviction. His secretary told me it would have to be in writing and the letter would have to be to Ms. Piranio(Moss,Codilis, etc.) I typed out a very nice letter requesting more time because of the fact that I have lived here for 18 years and that's a lot of packing! I informed her in the letter that I would send copies to the judge, constable, and her representative here in Phoenix. When I was ready to send the fax to the number that Moss, Codilis, etc.had given me it didn't work. I then called their office back in California and talked to a Ms. Quillen(Ms. Piranio's assistant)and asked why the fax number did not work. She told me she didn't have a clue. I asked her if Ms. Piranio had an e-mail address so I could send it that way instead. She said she had to go and ask her. When she came back to the phone she told me that Ms.Piranio had left."What about you?" I asked her,"don't you have an e-mail address. That way you could give her my letter." Very hesitantly she gave me her e-mail address. When I e-mailed her, it came back and said "undeliverable". I called the office back and spoke to another assistant that said she would get Ms. Quillen. When Ms. Quillen answered the phone and I said "hello" she immediately slammed down the receiver. Now I am debating...do I pack, do I chain myself to my home? I will say that my family will fight til the end because we are fighting for something that we believe in and we know that we are right.!!
