Obviously you are either uninformed or just plain stupid. You seem very opinionated for someone they fired?. Ocwen is only as good as their word...thats right they can't keep their word. Shows you how good they are. The proof will be in the pudding, so to speak. We have the proof. Yes Rob, physical evidence. When the time comes Ocwen will have to pay for what they have done to countless families. Poor disillusioned Rob, ex-employee?. For so long no one has really fought Ocwen/Predatory Lender before, but the tides are turning. Take a look at the United Kingdom, and now the United States. It is truly ashame so many people have not been able to come forward sooner. Even the people who have lost their homes can fight back. Sad and pathetic are people like you who pass judgement without knowing the facts. The people are finally fighting back, joining the class action suit, Hanson vs Ocwen, we have. Rob, Hello...is there INTELLIGENT life on the planet from which you hail? Ocwen is in court all the time; companies that operate legally do not have several hundred lawsuits against them all over the U.S. at any given time! You may be reading these posts, but are obviously not understanding what you read. Here is your solution; have your mortgage transferrred to Ocwen today. See if you are treated fairly. If you are, by all means, spread the word! As for "subprime loans"; the Federal Govt is using Ocwen as its servicer: HUD, VA, etc. Not all loans are subprime when Ocwen gets them, but they sure are when Ocwen has had them any length of time. Ocwen makes sure of that! You obviously hail from Planet Ocwen, where all the inhabitants are drugged into total stupidity, thus explaining why no one ever knows where the fees came from or even how to add 2+2. It also explains how so many payments get "lost" or "misapplied" or simply "held" because Ocwen wants to. Ocwenites are well known for their inability to function in this atmosphere and within the laws of this country. The unreality pills handed to them are to help with this basic failing in Ocwen employees. Take your pills right away and share them with the rest of us if you expect anyone reading your drivel to believe it. Otherwise, ride your magic carpet back to the twilight zone from whence you hail and spread the word: America has had enough of Ocwen and a political system that nurtures and babies Ocwen. Elected officials can lose the next election; gasp!! Appointed officials can be investigated and removed; shock!!! Its because companys with a direct consumer market (ocwen doesnt really have one expect its investors) go to ocwen to get rid of loans such as ones posting here thare are derived from simple neglagance on the consumers end. I love reading Ocwen wants my home. First and foremost Ocwen does not want your home, the chances that you have worthwhile equity is nill, second the foreclosure costs are near extreme along with eviction costs, reo marketing costs etc, and heres something for all you brainiacs to ponder, once the house goes to foreclosure sale ocwen cant put in a bid higher than total debt, meaning if you have equity its almost a guarantee someone will be there on the courthouse steps outbidding ocwen at the sale!. Ocwen doesnt make money that way they make money by keeping your loan performing and if by chance it isnt performing its a good chance its based on your neglagance (its why ocwen calls you so much and sends you so many letters!). Its a shame half the people posting on this board have no idea what goes into keeping a mortgage up and running and why intrest rates in the sub prime market are so phonomially high. I just hope the judge has some mortgage background that he or she can understand just where these allegations and b**llsh*** stories are coming from
