A few weeks ago I submitted a petition to Congressman Shaw office asking for a investigation into Ocwen actions during the Sarbanes Oxley 404 assessment that I performed for the company.

I have received a letter from Congressman Shaws office notifing me that an investigation has been started.

I have also been in contact with the Senate and House Committee on Corporate Finance Reform and both are also looking into Ocwen.

This company is defrauding customers using a loan program that fails to work 35% of the time. They intentionally deleted data that showed how poorly their environment is maintained and then tried to file suit to keep the information from being disclosed.

This company is criminal and its time they were stopped.

Letter to Ocwen Legal Council

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

In keeping everyone in the loop on the Congressional investigation into Ocwen, a copy of the letter that I received from Congressman Shaw office was sent to Jones, Foster Johnston and Stubbs, 505 South Flagler Drive Suite 1200 West Palm Beach, FL 33402 561-659-3000. After receiving a Claim of Injuctive Action from Ocwen for reporting their activities during the Sarbanes assessment that I performed, I gather signatures from people Ocwen has been robbing. This information was submitted to Congressman Shaw office along with the complete report that Ocwen has been attempting to supress. At this time the SEC and the House and Senate Committee on Corporate Finance reform are actively involved. A local news station has attempted to contact Ocwen and their attorney in this matter and they have failed to respond. A motion to dismiss Ocwen claim has already been submitted to the court and a counter suit has been presented to Ocwen council which they have failed to respond to at this point. Batter up Ocwen

The Great OCN Stock Tumble has begun; is this the reason?

Coinciding with the date this report was posted, Ocwen stock began to fall FAST!! Could this be the reason? Congressional inquiries spooking the investors? Whether Ocwen suffers from frauditis or plain ineptitude or a little of both is immaterial. Ocwen's "errors" have caused untold heartache all over America. It has torn apart countless lives in its reckless quest for profit. Solid proof presented to Ocwen which would have enabled it to repair the mistakes of its faulty program remains ignored while Ocwen rides merrily on the foreclosure wagon. Once in motion there seems to be no way to reverse the course, solid proof or not. This is a symptom of very bad business and leads me to believe that Ocwen does not care whom it harms. I would like to say "Thank You" to Richard for stepping up to the plate and taking this information to a higher authority. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. If possible, updates would be appreciated. I realize much of these investigations remain under wraps until the end; I will be awaiting the outcome with hope. (And trying not to remember the 1999 FDIC audit which found these accounting irregularities, but allowed them to continue on to this day.) Government ostriches (with their heads in the sand) do not always get the job done. Hopefully, the added scrutiny will spur them into doing their jobs!
