Enzyte charged $80 and pills didn't work. Ogoplex, the special offer for trying Enzyte, lied about cancelling service at www.96shoes.com. Both are Rip-offs! Internet
I have attempted to access (www.96shoes.com)the address given to cancel any more shipments of Ogoplex. This was a offer with any order of Enzyte for 30 days to try for free.
I have tried this product and have not seen any added results that were promised, just a almost $80.00 charge to my credit card for a 30 day supply.
When I found a address that looked like it might be the one I sent a request for cancellation and this is what was sent back to me.

I am sorry but you have the wrong company.
We are not ogoplex, unfortunately when I do a search for this product I see that it is not actually a company but a brand of pills that can be purchased from many different places, so I can't even point you in the right
direction. I apologize that I could not be more help.

Do not send me anymore of these tablets. This page has been saved to my favorites and will be forwarded to the Attorney Generals office and everywhere else I can think of if I receive another shipment. I have no order #, this was sent basically along with the Enzyte order that I placed. I do wish to continue the Enzyte but want to be removed from the Ogoplex. I imagine if you've been reading this website, you have already learned where to direct your dissatisfaction. In case however you havn't... I'm sorry that the www.96shoes.com site didn't work for you. You may want to try again, it could possibly be an internet glitch of some sort. (It could happen) The company you need to deal with is... well I'm not really sure, but their telephone number is 1-866-985-9040. Here is what I think you should do: Get a new notebook. Write down as much as you can remember about the conversation you had when you ordered the pills. Write down the date you ordered the free trial, the date your credit card shows the $9.00 charge. Write down the date the first package arrived. Write down all the facts you can figure out or remember regarding the mess up till now. Then call the number above. They are there 24 hours now. When you get a live person, Listen for their name and then ask them their name, write it down. Ask for their logon id, write it down. Be nice, be polite. I suspect whoever answers your call, will deep down know what is fair and right. If you are the slightest be nasty it will be very easy to slip into company line. If you sound kind, that person will likely do everything they can within the limits of not risking their job to make it right. The First thing you want is to be removed from the managed care plan. You do not want anymore auto shipped products. You will call if you want to order. No managed care plan for the enzyte or the ogoplex, or any other products. Ask that they confirm you are now off the autoship program and that they will not ship you any more unordered. Ask if there is a confirmation number or something. Write down the time and date of your call. If you get another charge, posted after the date that you call, let me know and I will get you the telephone number for the Ohio AG and whatever elese might be of use. You would want the Ohio Attorney General and the Cincinnati BBB. Your still out $80. Recovery would be difficult. Can you chalk it up? If not write back and I will try to provide my perspective. I am hopefull that others will also help you through this. I hope that it will be easy, but I am serious about getting a new notebook for this. It could be somewhat involved. I read here almost every day. I will try to help as much as I can.
