OK Marketing inc Forced wife to pay for magazines Kittredge, Colorado
Two males students sold my wife one magazine, Golf Tips, claiming that the money would be used to help finance (earn points) for their college education. Both were males and coerced their way into my wife's care, demanding that she take them to our ATM at a local bank in Springdale, Arkansas. She was asked to withdraw the money and pay them cash ($51) for the magazine.
When I returned home and heard of the incident I was furious and sent a letter immediately to OK Marketing, cancelling the order, demanding our money back and told them that I would contact our local police department and press criminal charges. This was three weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them.
I've called their phone number repeatedly (888 888-9025) and they are never in and never answer the phone. The recorded message says they are open from 9 am to 5 pm Moutain Time, but there is never anyone who answers the phone.

A little background on OK Marketing Inc:
The company was incorporated in Kittredge CO by Jennifer Payne. The true incorporator is James Anthony Fulkerson based out of Gothenberg NE. This Fulkerson guy had been arrested in the past for assault, meth possession, and a slew of other criminal activities. OK Marketing Inc has no website or phone number. Its address is the same address listed for Jennifer Payne, which leads you to a run-down looking building with an unpaved drive way and an unpaved parking lot.
Below is information pulled directly from their article of incorporation filed with the Office of Colorado Secretary of State:

Jennifer Payne is the front person for numerous fraudulent businesses. This group also include Matt Rowley and Cody Payne (who is Jennifer's husband). Here are some information lifted from a separate investigation on them:
"... James Fulkerson ... has been arrested for everything from possession of Meth, possession of narcotics, recently the police raided there hotel. He is currently wanted for several crimes in several states..."
"... Matt Rowley has been to prison in Arizona battery and trespassing. Mr. Cody Payne has been arrested for possession of narcotics, soliciting without a permit, possession of stolen property, and FRAUD in the state of Texas in the early 90's"
Kittredge, CO is under the jurisdiction of Morrison Police Department (303-697-4810). Call there and they will inform you that you will need to contact your local police department to start an investigation. But if you have been defrauded by this group of criminals, whether as an unwitting sales agent for them or supposed subscriber, definitely call them to raise their attention. At the same time, call your local police department as well to file a criminal complaint and start an investigation as well.
