It has been my privilege to know Brett Anderson and work with his company both as a property manager and personally.
While working with him on projects, both myself and the clients I represented were very happy with the work supplied, and the customer service provided by both Mr. Anderson and his staff.
Since Contractor are a dime dozen, one of my greater concerns when working with contractors is the morale within a
company.
To my knowledge every company has it politics and growing pains, however Okaire employees did not seem disgruntled or angry. I find that my personable approaches and causal banter will set a mood and make it comfortable for any contractor, owner or employee to advise of morale issues.
It is in my professional opinion that the morale at Okaire seems to be anything but disgruntled or upset. I'm disappointed that someone had to stoop to this type of blasphemous defamation. Moving forward I'm confident that anybody who wishes to contact Brett and discuss this matter, whether employee, future employee, or potential client, he would be more than happy to do so.
I have never found Brett to be deceptive, sly, or secretive. He always takes responsibility and moves forward on rectifying any situation.
Maybe some food for thought: If Brett really did wrong you ( as your add is personal) and didn't pay you, then by causing detriment to his company where he's able to access those funds and pay you the money that's allegedly owed, you're doing nothing more than creating a situation that will render him the inability to rectify the situation. You need to ask yourself are you any further ahead and will you be by writing this.
I'm sorry you feel wronged!
Again it has been in my professional experience, that there are no problems with this company or owner, they provide great service, exceptional customer service and quality control.
