It is unfortunate that Beula had to file a complaint on this site before Omni responded to her billing problems. She was one of the lucky ones. Many others have also filed complaints against Omni on this site and Omni has only responded to a tiny fraction of them, leaving these individuals still waiting for their resolutions. That says a lot about what kind of company Omni is and sounds a clear warning to those thinking about hiring them for their tax debt problems. Don't do it! This company's actions, or lack thereof, speak louder than words.

My account manager from Omni has called. Offended by my remarks. She has offered to help me with advice (at no charge) when we hear from the IRS regarding our OIC. This is a generous offer from a company and account manager with whom I have closed an account.
