Amy Nixx of Ominiranks sold us a BIG story on how they could get us on the first page of a google search. That has never happened. Curtis and Chad were very apologetic when we would call but we never saw anything of what they did for our Company. We had puppies to sell and it was very time sensitive to get this information out. When we contacted them about this they said that we were there and moving up in the ranks. They did not use the correct tags for the puppies. We were tagged with "dog breeder" even though we explained that a person searching for a dog would not search "dog breeder" they would search for the breed of dog. "german shepherd puppies" or "german shepherd" . They did not ever fix this issue.
They did not do what they said they do would getting us on the first page in a google search. I disputed the charges of $149 with my credit card company the first time because I did not get the service that I paid for. Now today they charged my credit card again for another $149 and still haven't provided the service that we were told we were going to get. We will NOT USE THS COMPANY because they do not follow through on what is promised. I have contacted them about this issue and have not heard back from them.
