I am copy/ pasting the dispute letter and form I sent via certified mail to On-Site on 4.6.12.
The certified mail was REFUSED by On-Site after first FW'ing it to an address in Campbell Ca 95008.
I have deleted my signature (& name) from the letter. And I deleted the tracking # for the certified mail On-Site refused.

On-Site Renter Relations
2465 Latham Street
Floor 3
Mountain View, CA 94040

On-Site Rental Relations:

I sent a renters relations Dispute Form to you on March 1, 2012 detailing briefly my dispute.
I attached a 2 page copy of the court settlement dated 5.21.2010.

I also asked for the copy of my renter report and score which I have still not received even though I had been told via phone that On-Site would send this out to me the same day I originally called On-Site ( February 29, 2012).

I have heard NOTHING from On-Site. I phoned yesterday ( April 4, 2012) to follow up. Today I received a return call from Catherine Duncan. She stated that On-Site did not have my dispute form. This is extremely upsetting. I informed her that I had submitted the court settlement papers both to On-Site with the Dispute Form, and also to (deleted rental mgment). (deleted rental mgment) stated that their head office would take care of it.

Catherine sent me to Sheila. Sheila was rude and stated that there was NO dispute form there. I asked what did On-Site do with it then, and how are you going to fix this...Sheila then hung up on me. I phoned back and spoke with Carla, identified as the renter relations supervisor. Once again there was no apology to me and I was told that I needed to follow up. WELL, I already DID follow up. Not to mention that is why I was calling On-Site----to FOLLOW UP!!! I stated that On-Site is disseminating information without regard for the validity & accuracy & completeness of the information and that is discriminatory. I was apparently placed on an eviction list based simply on a case having been filed with NO information regarding the settlement outcome, nor the information that we had rented from that landlord for over 12 years, that we always PAID the rent and took immaculate care of the rental ( hence the 12 year tenancy) and that the reason that a case was filed was because I tried to stand up for our rights as tenants when the landlord broke a promise she had made that she would NOT ask us to move during the school year ( and we had OFFERED to move the previous summer). Well, Carla hung up on me too!
Then I called back to a different On-Site phone number, and I reached Lauren Yorita ( spelling?) in the verification department. She was the FIRST person I spoke with at On-Site who showed ANY empathy or concern for the injustice we have experienced based on On-Site's INCOMPLETE and MISLEADING renter report. Lauren said she would figure out who could help me. Then she said she was going to transfer me to Laura York, supervisor in the customer service area that includes verification. Ms. York said it was MY responsibility to make sure On-Site has accurate information! How unjust is that? I didn't even know On-Site existed before we had trouble finding a rental ( something we had never encountered before). Well, Laura York did not like it when I said that I was considering filing a housing discrimination report because what On-Site is doing is discriminating VS tenants by distributing incomplete and misleading and derogatory information that Tenants do not even know is being distributed. She said she was going to transfer me to a different manager because I was Threatening her???? I said I am not threatening YOU, I am stating that what your company is doing is discriminatory VS tenants who have no clue that this sort of incomplete & misleading and inaccurate and unjust information is being given to landlords. Well, I was put on hold and never got transferred to anyone, and eventually I hung up. I spent HOURS today trying to get help from On-Site and no-one even apologized for apparently losing ( or throwing out?) my dispute form and the court record of the settlement that I sent to On-Site on March 1, 2012.

Please immediately send me a copy of On-Site's renter report and score for us. I originally requested this on 2.29.12, and again on the dispute form on 3.1.12.

Please immediately remove our records from your information. Your record is incomplete and misleading, inaccurate and unjust. Furthermore it is discriminatory to disseminate information that deliberately and unjustly adversely affects a tenant's ability to locate decent housing. If you refuse to remove the information, then I will file a discrimination complaint and/ or take legal action.

Please send me a list of places/ people to which/whom you have released the information in our report at On-Site.

Please also explain where this information came from ---i.e. WHO ( what company if other than On-Site) mines the court records and selectively reports EVICTION CASE  FILINGS without reporting the outcomes or details of the case. The court assured me that the court does NOT send this information to you, and the court told me that there have recently been MORE and more problems with this sort of court record data mining and selective use of PIECES of the case information ( i.e. that a case was filed but not what happened to the case).

I am attaching a copy of the Dispute Form & court settlement which I sent to On-Site on March 1, 2012. Please explain WHY I have had no response from On-Site to that Dispute form and why I was treated as the problem by almost every On-Site person I spoke with today ( with the exception of Lauren Yorita) . I was NOT wrong for me to expect that I would have a response to the dispute form by now ( more than a month after I sent it to On-Site) and OF COURSE I was upset that ON-Site didn't appear to CARE that the form has apparently been LOST by ON-Site ( or destroyed by On-Site).

Sincerely,
