Onecentoutlet is the most dishonest company on the internet and on ebay. If you win an auction for a penny, they get so mad, they pretend they don't have it. Aren't they the "onecent" outlet? They call it a listing error, but they just don't want to give it to you for the penny you won it for.

They do not honor their User Agreements, they do not provide you with the item you won, even though the auction is a binding agreement!

They act like a penny is nothing, but the shipping is not. They will take your $2.95 for shipping, however, even though there is nothing to ship. They will then refuse you a refund.

When they do not ship the video, they do not contact you to say they don't have it. Trying to slip one by on you hoping you won't notice. YOU have to contact THEM.

They say, they don't have time to check each shipment. What?! Why not? What kind of quality assurance is that? Bet they have time to check their bank accounts though.

When you contact them, they play dumb (apparently not hard for them to do) and say they don't know what happened, they'll check. Ha! "Checking" for them means coming up with a long string of lies as excuses, slow emails, and explanations of no Customer Service. So lame, so pathetic.

They "guarantee" prompt shipping, but postage labels don't lie about the date. They boldly lie about when an item was shipped even though the date on the postage says otherwise. How stupid are these people?!

They refuse you refunds until you file Paypal claims. Then when Paypal finds them "at fault" (which they inveriably do), they will refund your money. Not because they're honest, but only because they were forced to,

They tell the customer they didn't ship a video, then they lie to paypal and say they did ship it and the customer is lying, so they can get a refund from Paypal! So it's not just the customer they dupe, it's ebay and paypal as well. They're taking us all to the cleaners!

They offer tracking numbers which are meaningless because a number doesn't reflect what is IN the box! You can mail only 1 item of 5 and get a tracking number, and just conveniently look the other way that the other 4 were not included! Tracking numbers prove nothing. Who falls for these deceptions?

They try to extort positive feedback from you, bribe you with promises of a refund IF you remove your negative feedback about them, and then...listen to this one...these tricksters counter their own positive feedback they've already left for you for your prompt payment with sour grapes negatives just because you had the nerve to complain they're not honest. QED!

As punishment for complaining about them, their classic tactic is to file "Unpaid Item" strikes against you thereby putting you on the defense yourself! All paypal and banking payments are verified and documented, but the ebay system still allows them to file these bogus strikes. So stupid these people are. They've already left you positive feedback for your prompt payment and then try to say you didn't pay when there's proof to the contrary everywhere.

They sell in bulk to friends and families so that feedback for them looks good, but the number of people they have ripped off is dreadfully high.

People leave neutral feedback simply to be kind, or people leave positive feedback because they liked a movie. The quality of a movie is clearly not a reflection of the seller's honesty. They're not in show business afterall. More likely, they're in Snow Business. The seller has no scruples whatsoever and can snow any customer who believes they'll actually deliver.

They say to contact them with problems BEFORE leaving negative feedback, but when you do they are ill-equipped to resolve the problem, or perhaps indifferent, and they are incapable of solving the simplest of customer service problems. Even though they themselves created the problem in the first place.

Onecentoutlet offers no refunds, no apologies, and clearly demonstrates no remorse. They are cunning and deceitful when it comes to how to pull one over on you, but they are incompetent and low IQ to foolishly continue to dupe their customers. Tricksters like this know every trick in the book. Shame on them, and shame on ebay and paypal for not booting them out a long time ago.

Onecentoutlet is arrogant, deceitful and shameless. What a horrible mixture to deal with. Perhaps they could go into politics. Instead these vices allow them to pull off the fraud they do so on a daily basis.

They are not power sellers, but rather Power Scammers. Scammers with no scruples, a low IQ, and no customer service skills. What a scary combination that is.

They are not members of the Better Business Bureau or their own Chamber of Commerce.

BUYERS BEWARE! Do not deal with this disreputable shyster! You'll lose your auction, your patience, and your money.

Onecentoutlet is trouble from the get-go, they lie, they cheat, they manufacture excuses that are as fraudulent as their advertising and their auctions.

The bottom line is onecentoutlet does not keep its word, but they'll keep your video and your money.

They don't honor the auction, the ebay User Agreement, or even their own company guarantee!

Apparently, the name "onecentoutlet" refers to their level of integrity. And even that's an overrating.
