Initially I told them what kind of car it was he gave me a quote over the phone. When he showed, he pulled the oh you have this such and such kind of car. It's different and it is $129 instead of the $60 I told you it would be. The car is not special. It is plain Jane. I'm an engineer. I understand how cars work. The locksmith took advantage of the situation because I needed to get back to work. I'm filling the complaint so other people's loved ones don't get taken advantage of.
