Online Detective is a fraudulent ripoff scam; false promises. Worldwide, Internet
I ordered the online detective software and paid the 9.95 for the 3 day trial. I found that the detective was not what I was looking for and cancelled the service and uninstalled the software within 30 minutes of the time I registered it.
Three days later My fiance's card was charged the 29.95 for the full service and I did not even have the software installed anymore. I emailed them about this requesting the refund of the fee. The email was responded to by an internet BOT that said it was recieved and would be responded to shortly. However I never recieved a response.
Now here we are being billed AGAIN for another month of service that I didn't want for more then the 5 minutes it took to download it. No response to emails and no resolution to the problem.
