Online Market 360 Never received computer Napa Ca. Received receipt that $ went to Syed Raza Haider Rizu Napa, California

I ordered a computer for a Christmas gift on Dec 11th and never received a tracking number just an order number. I received an email from PAYPAL saying Syed Raza Haider Ruzi received my $249 payment. No computer as of December 29th!
