Hello, I used to be a supervisor for Online Supplier, and I want to mention that they do everything in their power to let you know that you will be charged after the trial period, there are numerous email confirmations sent out, each containing a phone number we may be contacted at, we also call the telephone number you provide at signup to verify the accounts creation. The marketing states there is a trial period, on the second page of signup it states in ALL CAPITOL LETTERS that you will be charged. One thing I learned from this company is that each and every charge we send out is completely within our legal boundaries, and every person who authorized us to charge them will do everything in their power to worm their way out of responsability even by posting things like this on websites like these. I am guessing that the reason you were refunded was not because of our "misleading advertising" but because the representative you spoke with was possibly new and denied your request to a supervisor, however, once a supervisor gets on the phone the show is over. They are required to handle every call from a legal point of view where again we are completely justified in taking any and all funds as you did enter a legally binding contract with the company. I was trained to be completely confident in this, that no matter how high you take it legally, we were fully authorized by you. Personally the most depressing thing about this job was not the fact that I couldnt give money back, but the people who try to worm their way out of it. We had people saying it was not them, people even blaming their children. For it to have actually been their children, or an identity theft sitation, the accused would have had to break into their home (because we have I.P captures of the computer used to signup) steal their physical credit card (we require the CVV2 numbers on the back of the credit card) and finally respond to the advertising we send out by logging into their personal inbox ( we can see the email adress that responds to our advertising ) Moral of the story, nothing is free, just be careful when you throw your credit card around online like you do, and dont ask for the supervisor, it was my job to be confident that you will not recieve a refund. Oh, another thing, some of the customer service MIGHT ACTUALLY TRY TO WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU, a partial refund perhaps, dont get greedy as so many have before you, TAKE THE PARTIAL because again as a supervisor i used to say "Well, unfortunately you turned that offer down and it is no longer on the table, it is my job to enforce these company policies and sadly you did authorize this." Even if the partial is not satisfactory, TAKE IT and take whatever legal actions you personally deem necessary to retrieve the other half. Good Luck ~Mr/Mrs Ex Supervisor

I just sent an email to the person that I have been in contact with over the internet. I told her how rude her cusomer service person was and that the man refused to let me talk to their supervisors. I then told her that since he would not let me talk to a supervisor to go ahead and let her superiors know that they can see my complaint in detail in ripoffreport.com Guess what? 2 mins later I received a reply stating that they are sorry for inconvenience and are refunding my account for the $30. I love you ripoffreport!!! I guess you have to let people know that you won't stand for getting mistreated and then they are willing to help.
