Went to buy tickets to a current concert and their website sends you to a site called Onlinecitytickets. That wasn't too bad so once the seats were chosen and purchased they inform you that your tickets will be delivered by another company call Flash Seats. Okay

But when I checked on my tickets logged in Flash Seats they were in the wrong section. A cheaper section than I paid for. I have complained to all three companies and all I get is a run-around and the excuses that the company has the right to reassign tickets to a comparable area. The problem is the section I paid for still has empty seats and I paid $40 extra for my two seats.

I assume they do this so they keep fill the cheap seats anyway they can and keep reselling the better seats.

This is a massive con job and rip off and it will be the last time I ever go near that place or use this service.

Today I was contacted by Onlinecitytickets a representative of the concert venue. She was the rudest and most impolite person I have ever dealt with in my many years.

I stand by my original statement Toyota Center is a giant rip off organization
