I responded to a popup ad in Nov. 2001. I requested a trial for 10 days at $9.95. When I down loaded the software I could never get it to work.

Isent email to cancel on the very first day. They have been taking $29.95 out of my checking acount through IBILL ever since.

I attempted to search IBILL a few times to find out why they were billing me but their search never could tell me anything.

Finally, in august, 2003 I decided to cancel my internet service and I found out that I was being billed for Onlinedetective all this time.

I call IBILL and cancelled. They told me I had to get a refund from [email protected]. I asked them if I would. I was told that as soon as Onlinedetective verifies that I never access their services I should receive a check.

I have sent email to accounting, help and customer services at onlinedetective and the only response has been a form letter telling me not to respond to it.

This business needs to be shut down and I need my money back. I am willing to do a civil action or small claims I just need some advise.

I have sent for your revenge book. I can't wait.
