They told me they were not going to send the product. And I would need to send another $500 for a prescription. Which the website says No Prescription needed.

David Dennis @ [email protected] told me in vulgar language that he scammed me and I wasn’t getting anything or my money back.

You must be a Know it all! My credit card company paid Western Union for a paper trail.

- Yes and that paper trail shows that your credit card company paid WU, and that someone at some location picked up the money in some city in some part of the world. You do know you don't need any sort of ID to pick up a WU..right? All you need is the number and a "password"..perhaps they told you to use a specific account number for this.

I’m not gullible I paid companies in the past using western union no problems and have received everything I’ve ordered.

- Well good for you. But just because you run a stop sign 100 times without a ticket, doesn't mean you can't get a ticket on the 101st time.

You don’t have your facts straight

- This is perhaps one of my favorite lines that people post when they try to get themselves out of a corner they backed into.  The only "facts" are the ones YOU are posting. So are you saying you aren't posting all of the facts?

Yes I have had my credit card give me money back on another situation

- Great...but that applies to this situation how? If you have no idea, then think about running that stop sign again.

You are the fool for trying to protect this company

- WTH? There isn't a single statement where I am "defending" this company. In fact if you actually read my posts you would see where I specifically pointed out several "red flags" that should have tipped you off that you were getting scammed.

Don’t worry about my situation I have it under control.

- Keep saying that to yourself...eventually you may believe it.

My point is to prevent others from using their website

- And what happens when they change their name...because I would bet that they will. Are they all of the sudden going to be legitimate?  The sound advice I have posted is a sure way to avoid scams like this regardless of the name of the site.

I do actually feel sorry for you that you have lost this much money. Where if the credit hasn't been reversed, it probably will be shortly.  But based on your response, you will probably turn right around and by this time next month have sent another company several hundred dollars through Western Union because something is wrong with the Credit Card. Perhaps it will be these same people but with a different name.

This is my report and yes they took my credit card at first and it denied.

- And this is a public web site.   Of course it was "denied"? But why would it be denied? You knew you had enough money on it and should have been approved. Why didn't you call your bank to see what is up? Perhaps they gave you the "Oh our network is down".  So they gave you a way to expedite the process to avoid that hassle. Where all you need to do is send them money through Western Union. How gullible are you?

I have paid Western Union with my credit card and they are now investigating it and have tentatively gave me my money back and are going after the company.

- Who is investigating? Your Bank? That isn't going to help. Your bank paid Western Union..not this company. So your transaction with them was complete and valid. Is WU Investigating?

You can think you will get your money back, but based on history and the numerous other reports you can read on this site alone. I wouldn't go counting on having that temporary credit becoming permenant, and if they are like most banks they won't tell you that they are reversing the credit until AFTER they reverse it.

You must be a Know it all! My credit card company paid Western Union for a paper trail. I’m not gullible I paid companies in the past using western union no problems and have received everything I’ve ordered. This complaint is specifically against this company. So what is your problem. If you don’t like what I’m posting, mind your own business. You don’t have your facts straight. Yes I have had my credit card give me money back on another situation. Don’t respond to me again. You are the fool for trying to protect this company. While I’m trying to help others to watch out for people getting scammed on this website....you are ruining it on purpose. Go to something positive with your time. Get off my complaint and putting me down. It must make you feel good. Don’t worry about my situation I have it under control. My point is to prevent others from using their website. End of story...move on with your life. This isn’t your problem.

This is my report and yes they took my credit card at first and it denied. Don’t act like you know it all. I’m trying to help others to not use them. You need to get a life if you have so much time on your hands to question me and argue about it. Really? I have paid Western Union with my credit card and they are now investigating it and have tentatively gave me my money back and are going after the company. So take that Mr. or Mrs. know it all!!!

I have a prescription for Xanax but I have no insurance and it’s cheaper to get overseas;

- Of course you do..that is why you made it a point to state that their website says "No Prescription Needed".

Don’t judge me. I’m not in the wrong. I trusted what they told me and the testimony on there websites.

- No Judgment here....but you are in the wrong. By the way why would you trust the testimonies on THEIR web site? Do you really think a company is going to post negative reviews of their services on their own website.

The long and short if it is that when you are dealing with what is, regardless of how you justify it, illegal activity. You are a prime target for scams. Any company that is asking for Western Union, Gift Cards, MOney Orders or other "untraceable" methods of payment..you are going to get scammed.

I have a prescription for Xanax but I have no insurance and it’s cheaper to get overseas; however, this company told me they only accepted Western Union as payment and it would be cheaper. Don’t judge me. I’m not in the wrong. I trusted what they told me and the testimony on there websites.

Let's see,

1. You tried to order a controlled substance online without a script.

2. You paid through Western Union

3. Now you are telling the entire world about your unlawful activity.

4. You are a FOOL!
