I volunteered to take a survey for a chance to win a laptop. Onlingo came as something I would be interested in trying. I received the package on 7/12 11:30 a.m. [had to sign for it], listened to the cd and sent them an email to cancel on 7/12/07 3:30 p.m [kept email copy]--already have that level. They debited my account $69.95 on Friday 7/27/2007 after 3pm.

There phone lines are busy for at least 15 minutes, they did respond with the email message requesting me send their cd back. It took 2 days to get here so maybe they'll clear the $69.95 off after they get the package in their hands.

Onlingo Customer Service P.O. Box 1566 Suisun City, CA 94585 August 5, 2007 Dear CC, When a free trial of Onlingo is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with Onlingo the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed. Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
