OnRebate REBATE RECEIPT VS ORIGINAL RECEIPT INVOICE REBATE RIPOFF Miami Florida
My $40 rebate for computer case I bought from Fry's electronic is denied because I sent the rebate receipt that fry's gave me for rebate purpose instead of the original one.
their excuse is not acceptable; I asked Frys before about the rebate receipt when I bought my case; they told me it is like an original receipt, but only valid for rebate submission.
I know that I am not the only person got ripped by this company for the same excuse. I already sent reports to Better Business Biro and FTC.

Dear Nadina, I sent my scanned copy of receipts to this site's editor; I hope it will be ready soon. If you can see the scanned copy, you will see that my rebate receipt has no such requirements. And if you try to accuse me of tampering with the scanned image, I have another copy where I stappled the rebate receipt above the rebate form before I put them into envelope and sent them. I haven't talk to Fry's about this incident; but I will.

Dear Onrebate Customer- If you read the requirements on the REBATE RECEIPT you will see that it has 3 required documents that state the following: 1)A clean, clear copy of the dated Fry's Electronics INVOICE that is received at point of purchase. 2)This completed coupon or a copy of this coupon (referring to the rebate receipt). 3)You must include the original UPC barcode that came with your package. We apologize if you were advised differently by Fry's but we do require the original receipt with the invoice# in the top and the price of the item to approve the rebate
