I was very fortunate to get out from underneath the horrors of Option One / American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc & Wells Fargo (all one in the same!) -

There is one mortgage rep in the State of New Jersey that I can HIGHLY recommend! He worked like crazy to get me out from Option One / AHMSI / Wells Fargo - James Cicalese of Heritage Mortgage Banking, Morristown, NJ - 973-539-9898 --- I have no problem at all posting his information!

When I first signed with Option One, it was SUPPOSE to be for a 2 year fixed - 1 year ARM, but they apparently did a bait and switch and had me signed for a 2 year fixed - 6 month ARM! No wonder I was in bankruptcy & near foreclosure!

They actually sent my file in for Sheriff's sale without notifying either my attorney or me! ... the courts let them get away with this! It's absurd that the criminals get away with everything - and no wonder our country is down the s**t hole!

Jim was able to get me out of that ARM into an FHA fixed rate at 7.5% and then streamlined me into a 5.25% FHA 30 year fixed! ............ IT CAN BE DONE! Yea, my credit sux because of what they did ... but, I'm able to now make my payments ON TIME, without fear that I won't be able to feed my kids, heat my house or have running water ...

Tell Jim that Anne sent ya!

BEST OF LUCK! ...............and if there are any capable attorney's out there willing to do a Class Action Suit - make sure you let all of us know!

HOW TO SURVIVE WITH AHMSI/OPTION ONE

I understand a lot of people's frustration regarding getting some help from this company. But what is frustrating is, these borrowers do not want to take ownership for there actions. How about reading and asking questions before sigining loan docs, instead of blaming it on the Mortgage company for your "wrong doing". You should never rely on someone else for your lack of knowledge or not understanding what you are signing. I am glad you are now on track with your home, but in the future, look at what you are signing.
